2017 Team Record / Info –  (19-10) overall & (7–3) in Region VI-AAA

2018 Team Outlook –  The 2018 Waccamaw Warriors baseball team will return 5 letterman; all starters to a team that finished the season with a 19-10 record: a Region Championship, a District Championship, and a Mingo Bay Championship in 2017. The Warriors were eliminated in the Lower State Championship Round in 2017 by State Champions – Bishop England. The Warriors will start the season with a target on their backs as they enter the season with a ranking of #3 in the State and will look to become competitive by playing a quality schedule lazed with 5A teams: Wade Hampton, Socastee, West Ashley 4A opponent St. James, and 3A opponents Aynor, Dillon, and West Oak.. The Warriors hope to have some success when they open the season in their own back-yard during the 12th Annual Coastal Invitational .
